Traffic shift expected early next week at ND 22 and Eighth Street roundabout project
DICKINSON, N.D. — The intersection of North Dakota Highway 22 and Eighth Street, south of Dickinson, will close early next week as roundabout construction ramps up.
Traffic will be re-routed to a paved temporary bypass just southwest of the intersection during the closure. Posted detour signs will also guide traffic around the closure.
While the intersection is closed, crews will build the new roundabout and complete additional roadway improvements. The project is expected to be completed this fall.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation reminds drivers to slow down, stay alert and be prepared for changing traffic patterns in all work zones.
