TRAFFIC ALERT - MD 27 (Liberty St./Railroad Ave.) Between Tuc. Rd. and Bond St.

The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) is starting a project to improve the driving surface of MD 27 (Liberty St/Railroad Ave) between Tuc Rd and Bond St, a span of one mile, on Sunday, August 30. The project is expected to be completed by mid-October, weather permitting.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

This project is a mobile operation with crews changing locations along MD 27 to complete work activities.

One lane will be closed in active work zones with street and shoulder parking restricted. A flagging operation will maintain two-way travel.
